Lathe Organizers: mount tools to splash guard

These get all those tool post holders out of the way, but also make them readily accessible for quick change outs.  Why are you keeping oilers in your chip pan?  Get a hook and keep them up on that splash guard!  Those favorite tail stock items can stay right behind that tailstock!  Got a couple c5 collets to swap in and out of your chuck?  Keep them in easy reach too!  Organization is so important and beneficial!

Please take the time and note the dimensions of your lathe’s splash guard.   I made these to fit mine.    Putting my lathe’s splash guards profile below… if yours is close i.e. a half millimeter wider top,  to 1.5 mm more narrow, shorter/taller front vertical face) these will probably work fine as is I designed them with flex and play to snap on to mine and others that are close in size.

If your lathe has a splash guard that varies a good bit from mine: make a drawing and use our contact form to initiate a conversation.   I can probably make these to fit yours if its significantly different than mine.

If you have round tools besides the ones listed (like a T wrench for your chuck)  you can use the C5 holder for hold most of them… if they are too small for the C5, get an MT2 or MT3 as needed.   Or even a hook if the item allows.

We print in PETG (strong and food safe plastic).  FYI water bottles are made out of PET.  (PETG is PET that is modified to work in a 3D printer).    It can take hot rides in cars, and such, but I wouldn’t lean a hot tool against it.  These are made in light grey just like the picture above.
