Description
These 3D printed organizers can transform a tool-chest drawer from a mess into a thing of beauty.
Each wrench widget has a magnet in the bottom to help hold the wrench in place (and the organizer to the drawer bottom). They connect to each other via a dovetail so that you can string them together, take them apart, rearrange as you wish, and configure & reconfigure your wrenches to your desires. The widgets stand wrenchs up on its smallest face, which better utilizes drawer space. This increases the number or wrenches your drawer can hold, while having the wrenches well organized.
They come in three colors:
- Red (typically for inch/SAE)
- Blue (typically for Metric)
- Grey (whatever you want).
They come in four sizes:
- Standard: for wrenches up to and including 1″ (25mm), most small screw drivers
- Large: for wrenches 3/4″ (19 mm) and larger). Most standard screw drivers
- Xtra Large: for really big wrenches), most ratchets, screw drivers with stout fat shafts
- Jumbo: for really fat ratchets (my telescoping 1/2″ ratchet & 3/4″ ratchet fit the jumbos)
FYI: My 1″ box end wrench fits both the standard and the large just fine, but it is best in the “large” holder.
As for color choices: I like putting my 10mm wrenches in the grey, as I’m always looking for one. While I put most of my ‘inch’ wrenches in red, I put my 5/8″ & 3/4″ wrenches in blue (they are the same as 16mm & 19mm). When organizing my metric wrenches I did the opposite. I put 8mm in red. This helps me to find what I’m looking for faster because when I’m looking for a metric wrench in the mostly blue row: I know 10mm is grey, 8mm is red etc.
Besides the larger mouth for the larger wrenches, the standard and large widgets are identical dimensionally, just different colors. The XL and Jumbo had to get wider to handle the wider tools. All colors and varieties have compatible dovetails. You can mix and match the sizes and colors as you desire.
Sold individually. You’ll find that you probably want to connect a minimum of three widget together for increased stability. Mix and match the quantities in your cart to get the exact number you desire before you check out.

Printed in PETG plastic. Water bottles are typically made from PET. PETG is PET that has been modified slightly to improve performance in a 3D printer. PETG is pretty tough, but I wouldn’t advise setting anything that’s too hot to touch against it… or it might melt. I.E. If you have to torch something off, let the tool cool before you put in in our holder. PETG does fine against Oil, Gas, Diesel, and typical petroleum distillates.
