These holders come in two attachment versions: Clip or Loop.
Clip style is super convenient: it will snap on and off a belt without having to remove the belt.
These are plastic and can break: the Loop version is much tougher, but require the belt to be removed in order to remove the magazine. After using the clip versions for years I’ve broken them by catching it on doors and seat belts when getting in and out of vehicles. Luckily these are fairly inexpensive so we recommend you just purchase a couple extras for when you break a clip style.
Both the “Clip” and “Loop” versions of our holders maintain a firm grip on the magazine. It won’t fall out, but is easily removed just by grabbing and lifting the magazine. No dedicated buttons to push, just grab the magazine and lift.
The edges are rounded for comfort. Yes there are layer lines and they aren’t super pretty. We focus on making these as tough as we can and figure you are going to keep them covered up anyway! You cannot beat the effectiveness for this price! For now we are just printing these in light grey PETG.
